What is Organic Honey?
Organic honey has to undergo a set of very strict organic standards and conditions during the entire honey production.

Source of the Nectar
The bees are ensured that their natural life cycle, natural habitat, and nourishment are maintained. Organic honey farming has to satisfy an effecitve, accurate, and exhaustive criteria for observing and evaluating the production of organic honey in order to pass the consulting body to certify the honey as organic honey.
Honey Bees Foraging Area
Bee keeepers must ensure that organic hives within a radius of five kilometers are kept reserved from any chemical residue and known environmental pollutants.
Bees Management
Hives, bees, and honey samples are regularly monitored and checked to make sure that they are free of non-organic honey, sugar, and antibiotics. Even the flower and plants must be free from non-organic elements where hives are located and where bees dwell. All plants or flowers where bees extract nectar must be free from pesticides and other chemicals. Everything surrounding the hive and the bees must be naturally grown or organic.
Honey Extracting, Transportation, Processing, and Packaging
Extracting honey must be done in a way that the process is free from any non-organic contamination. Organic honey is also transported carefully keeping guard against chemicals and toxins so it can be processed. There is even a processing temparature to keep honey on its natural state. Packaging must also be done carefully.
