I purchased this because it sounded tasty, not for any nutritional benefits. Boy, was it tasty! Perfectly fresh and chewy. Awesome combination of cashews, cranberries, pumpkin seeds, and the sweet coating…not too sweet or too salty. The only problem was that I ate through the pack of 20 way more quickly than I should have!

I’d go for 3.5, but not an option. I love this brand. I think i like the flat sesame wafers better. The flavor was good not great, but good healthy fuel.
i think they should really work on using different sugars, like agave, the kind they use is really high in glycemic index and the grams of sugar per bar is a little much.

The bars were harder than Chinese arithmetic. Devoid of taste when they got finally soft enough to chew. I don’t know if this was a manufacturing issue, but I am not gonna give Oskri another chance with this bar. THey have other great products, just is is not THIS one.
